acceptance
by using bliss you agree to these terms. if you disagree, do not use the app.
age requirement
you must be 18 or older to use bliss. we verify your date of birth at sign up and record your confirmation that you are 18+. we reserve the right to terminate the accounts of anyone found to be under 18.
anonymity
your identity is protected by our anonymous name system. do not share personal information that could identify you.
prohibited content
- no harassment or abuse
- no non-consensual content
- no content involving minors
- no spam or commercial solicitation
- no impersonation
- no illegal content
ephemeral content
messages and voice notes expire within 24 hours; photos and videos are view-once, and any unviewed media is deleted within 25 hours. bliss does not guarantee delivery or storage of any content.
gifts and payments
gifts are virtual tokens sent to other users. purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. all purchases are final unless the gift is declined.
moderation and account termination
we operate in-app reporting, human review, and the ability to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. suspended users may appeal through the app. we may terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
limitation of liability
bliss is provided as-is. we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.
governing law
these terms are governed by the laws of India.
